Hey {{First_Name|mate}},
Last week I broke down why mid-season volume quietly ruins performance.
If you missed last week’s email, you can catch it here
👉 Ambitous Players Make This Mistake
Here’s the simple mid-season rule:
If your numbers are climbing
And you feel sharp on Saturday
You’re doing enough.
If your legs feel flat every week
And you’re constantly adding work out of guilt
You’re probably doing too much.
In-season isn’t where you build the biggest base.
It’s where you:
Maintain strength
Sharpen power
Stay robust
Lower junk volume.
Higher intent.
Better recovery.
Next week, I’ll show you what a smart mid-season week should actually look like.
Train like a player,
