Hey {{First_Name|mate}},

Here’s something players often miss:

The same qualities that improve lineout lifting also improve contact performance.

Think about what happens in contact

You need to:

  • Drop your hips

  • Drive through the floor

  • Transfer force into the opponent

That’s the same hip-to-upper-body force transfer used in:

  • Cleans

  • High pulls

  • Med ball throws

That’s why these movements don’t just help you lift higher — they help you:

  • Win collisions

  • Stay dominant through contact

  • Generate force quickly

Did you miss last weeks…

Don’t worry if you missed last weeks email. Here’s where you can find it 👇 Lineout Power Doesn’t Start Overhead

Where players get stuck

They isolate muscles instead of training movement patterns.

Strong shoulders don’t save you if your hips are slow.
Strong arms don’t help if your force never gets off the floor.

Next week, I’ll show you what this should actually look like inside a rugby training week — without adding extra junk volume.
